Kospolis is derived from the Ancient Greek word kosmopolites, meaning "citizen of the world," the root of the modern word "cosmopolitan."

For us, that idea points to a freedom that is not bound by location or bias, but shaped by a global outlook.

Our name shapes how we approach the demands of today's globalized landscape.

Kospolis Global Advisory helps organizations recognize the cultural blind spots that can become costly as they grow internationally, whether entering a new market, building an international team, or navigating high-stakes cross-cultural relationships closer to home.

Grounded in international business strategy and cultural insight, we help you see beneath the surface.
